Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Udenhout ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor machines, productielijnen en installaties. De projecten binnen industriële automatisering lopen uiteen van voedingsmiddelenproductie en waterwinning tot theatertechniek. Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar functionele en technische specificaties en werkt deze uit in PLC- en SCADA-software. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen of een installatie werkt, maar ook of de besturing aansluit op het proces en de verwachtingen van de gebruiker. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren en onderzoeken met testen en inbedrijfstellen. Je bespreekt technische keuzes met collega's en stemt de werking van de installatie af met de klant. Binnen een zelfsturend team krijg je ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid. Je vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling krijgt richting door verschillende toepassingen te doorgronden; jouw technische interesses wegen mee bij het zoeken naar een passend team. Functie-inhoud - Klantwensen en proceseisen vertalen naar functionele en technische specificaties - PLC-software programmeren voor machines, productielijnen en installaties - SCADA-besturingen ontwikkelen voor procesbediening en bewaking - Besturingssoftware testen en afwijkingen in de werking onderzoeken - Machines en installaties in bedrijf stellen en de werking controleren - Technische keuzes afstemmen met klanten en collega's Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met het programmeren en testen van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van SCADA-systemen voor bediening en procesbewaking - Inzicht in de samenhang tussen software, sensoren, actuatoren en industriële processen - Vermogen om klantwensen om te zetten in heldere technische specificaties - Zelfstandige werkhouding en heldere communicatie met klanten en collega's Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Ve.
