The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Stramproy ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor casepackers en complete verpakkingslijnen. De besturingssystemen worden intern ontwikkeld door een eigen softwareteam. Je ontwerpt, test en onderhoudt PLC- en HMI-software voor machines met complexe, gesynchroniseerde motionbewegingen. Daarbij werk je aan master-slave-aansturingen en machinesnelheden van meer dan 200 cycli per minuut. Dat vraagt om zorgvuldig opgebouwde software, betrouwbare timing en een scherp oog voor het samenspel tussen mechanica en besturing. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met softwarecollega’s, monteurs en servicemedewerkers. Je ondersteunt de installatie en inbedrijfstelling, zowel in de eigen werkplaats als bij klanten wereldwijd. Je analyseert machinegedrag, verhelpt softwareproblemen en stemt aanpassingen af met de betrokken collega’s en klanten. Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om je verder te verdiepen in Sigmatek Lasal, Allen Bradley en Visual Basic. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van PLC- en HMI-software voor casepackers en verpakkingslijnen - Programmeren en optimaliseren van complexe master-slave-motionaansturingen - Testen van software op correcte werking, timing en betrouwbare machinecycli - Ondersteunen van monteurs en servicemedewerkers tijdens installatie en inbedrijfstelling - Analyseren en oplossen van softwareproblemen, intern en bij klanten wereldwijd - Afstemmen van softwareaanpassingen met het softwareteam, monteurs en klanten Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde, Besturingstechniek, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar - Affiniteit met objectgeoriënteerd programmeren, Sigmatek Lasal, Visual Basic en/of Allen Bradley is een pré - Sterke technische en analytische vaardigheden voor het doorgronden van machinebesturingen - Inventieve, flexibele werkhouding en initiatief bij technische vraagstukken - Goede communicatie in Nederlands en Engels; Duits is een pré - Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en klanten en..
