Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Duivendrecht werk je aan automatisering voor de energiesector. De organisatie adviseert, ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt oplossingen voor het opwekken, transformeren en distribueren van elektriciteit, in Nederland en daarbuiten. Als Software Engineer PLC/SCADA vertaal je functionele eisen naar besturingssoftware en overzichtelijke bedieningsschermen. Je richt je op betrouwbare procesbesturing, duidelijke alarmering en het beschikbaar maken van installatiegegevens, zodat operators elektrische installaties goed kunnen bewaken en bedienen. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen, documenteren en afstemmen. Je bespreekt signalen, regelingen en beveiligingsvoorwaarden met collega’s uit elektrotechniek en engineering en ondersteunt bij het beproeven van de software. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de code: ook communicatie, storingsanalyse en onderhoudbaarheid horen bij je vak. Je verdiept je in PLC-/SCADA-techniek en de toepassing daarvan binnen energie-infrastructuur. Wat ga je doen? - Functionele eisen vertalen naar PLC-software voor energiegerelateerde installaties - SCADA- en HMI-schermen ontwikkelen voor bediening, statusweergave en alarmering - Communicatie tussen besturingen, meetapparatuur en bovenliggende systemen configureren en testen - Testscenario’s opstellen en besturingsfuncties controleren tijdens FAT en SAT - Softwarestoringen analyseren en ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling - Software, signaallijsten en technische keuzes documenteren voor beheer en onderhoud Wat vragen we van jou? - Een technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met het programmeren en testen van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van SCADA/HMI, alarmering en het verwerken van meetwaarden - Inzicht in industriële communicatie, bijvoorbeeld Modbus TCP of PROFINET - Een gestructureerde aanpak bij storingsanalyse, testen en documenteren - Je stemt technische keuzes helder a.
