Bij een automatiseringsbedrijf in Vlissingen-Oost werk je als medior Software Engineer PLC/SCADA aan de besturing van bruggen, sluizen en waterkeringen. Je bent van A tot Z betrokken: van het uitwerken van de klantwens en het vastleggen van het ontwerp tot programmeren, testen, inbedrijfstellen en overdragen aan de gebruiker. Voor deze infrastructurele installaties ontwikkel je PLC-software met SIMATIC S7-1500 in TIA Portal en SCADA-toepassingen in SIMATIC WinCC Open Architecture. Betrouwbare bediening en aantoonbaar geteste werking staan centraal. Je werkdag wisselt tussen ontwerpoverleg, softwareontwikkeling, het voorbereiden van afnametesten en werkzaamheden op locatie. Je werkt in een team van zes software engineers en stemt binnen het multidisciplinaire projectteam af met hardware engineers, CAD engineers, projectleiders en uitvoerders. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om je kennis van PLC/SCADA, testmethodieken en infrastructurele besturingen verder te verdiepen. Je werkt 40 uur per week; deels thuiswerken behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Wat ga je doen? - Je vertaalt klantwensen en bestekken naar een functioneel ontwerp in overleg met de klant. - Je werkt het functioneel ontwerp uit tot een technisch ontwerp voor PLC- en SCADA-software. - Je programmeert SIMATIC S7-1500 in TIA Portal en ontwikkelt SCADA in SIMATIC WinCC Open Architecture. - Je test de software en stelt testdocumenten op voor FAT, SAT en SIT. - Je voert afnametesten uit en analyseert en verhelpt afwijkingen in de besturing. - Je stelt de software op locatie in bedrijf en draagt de installatie en bijbehorende documentatie over aan de gebruiker. - Je stemt interfaces en technische keuzes af met software-, hardware- en CAD engineers, projectleiders en uitvoerders.
