Als Senior Software Engineer Services PLC/SCADA werk je bij een technisch dienstverlener in de industriële automatisering in Veghel. Je richt je op het betrouwbaar functioneren en verbeteren van besturingssoftware voor industriële systemen en apparaten. Je analyseert storingen, past PLC-programma’s aan en optimaliseert SCADA-visualisaties, zodat operators en technische diensten hun installaties goed kunnen bedienen en onderhouden. In deze fulltime rol van 40 uur combineer je diepgaande softwarekennis met een praktische aanpak van servicevragen en technische verbeteringen. Je werkdag wisselt tussen softwareanalyse, overleg over wijzigingen en het testen van oplossingen op locatie of op afstand. Je werkt samen met collega’s uit elektrotechniek en software en stemt met projectleiders binnen het multidisciplinaire team de aanpak, planning en technische risico’s af. Als senior help je collega’s bij complexe vraagstukken en bewaak je de onderhoudbaarheid van oplossingen. Met opleidingen en online trainingen krijg je ruimte om je vakkennis en loopbaan verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? - Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen in PLC-besturingen, SCADA-systemen en industriële communicatie. - Aanpassen en uitbreiden van PLC-software voor bestaande machines en installaties. - Optimaliseren van SCADA/HMI-schermen, alarmmeldingen en diagnosefuncties. - Testen van softwarewijzigingen en ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling en SAT op locatie. - Vastleggen van wijzigingen, beheren van softwareback-ups en bijwerken van technische documentatie. - Afstemmen van servicewerkzaamheden en verbeterprojecten met klanten, collega’s en projectleiders. - Begeleiden van collega-engineers en beoordelen van software op betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid. Wat vragen we van jou? - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare technische richting. - Ruime ervaring met PLC/SCADA-engineering en het zelfstandig oplossen van complexe servi.
