Wat ga je doen als Software Implementatie Consultant?

Werk je graag met klanten en leer je vlot nieuwe softwaretoepassingen kennen? In deze functie start je op het supportteam. Daar leer je de software en de vragen van klanten kennen. Via een opleiding in de verschillende modules groei je door naar het onboardingteam, waar je klanten begeleidt bij de ingebruikname van de software.

Je wordt het aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe klanten en voor bestaande klanten die bijkomende modules gebruiken. Ervaring met software-onboarding is niet nodig: je krijgt de tijd en begeleiding om het vak te leren.

Wanneer je de modules onder de knie hebt, neem je onboardingprojecten van begin tot einde op. Je:

  • bespreekt met de klant wat nodig is voor een vlotte opstart;
  • configureert de software volgens de processen van de klant;
  • leert klanten en hun medewerkers hoe ze de modules gebruiken;
  • volgt de implementatie op en helpt bij vragen of problemen;
  • houdt klanten helder op de hoogte van de voortgang;
  • beheert meerdere projecten tegelijk en registreert de opvolging in HubSpot.

Je begeleidt klanten ter plaatse en op afstand via Microsoft Teams.

Met welke softwareoplossingen werk je?

Je leert werken met modules voor track-and-trace en voertuigopvolging, tijdregistratie, elektronische aanwezigheidsregistratie op werven, assetmanagement via RFID en Bluetooth, en toegangscontrole. Je leert deze toepassingen stap voor stap kennen tijdens je interne opleiding.

Welke ervaring en kwaliteiten breng je mee?Je hoeft nog geen ervaring te hebben met software-onboarding of implementatie. Je start in support en leert tijdens een interne opleiding de verschillende softwaremodules kennen. Daarna groei je door naar het begeleiden van klanten bij hun opstart.

Wat vinden we wel belangrijk?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt vlot met softwaretoepassingen en leert nieuwe systemen snel kennen.
  • Je legt zaken helder uit en helpt klanten graag verder.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en volgt afspraken zorgvuldig op.
  • Je denkt mee over oplossingen wanneer een klant met een vraag of probleem zit.
  • Je vindt het fijn om klanten zowel digitaal als ter plaatse te begeleiden.

Ervaring in klantencontact, support, opleiding of projectopvolging is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
