Voor een stabiele en innovatieve dienstverlener met een sterke maatschappelijke impact zijn we op zoek naar een Software Tester. Je komt terecht in een ervaren IT-team waar kwaliteit centraal staat en waar jouw kritische blik mee het verschil maakt in de ontwikkeling van gebruiksvriendelijke digitale toepassingen.

Als Software Tester ben jij de kwaliteitsbewaker van diverse digitale applicaties. Je test nieuwe functionaliteiten, controleert bestaande processen en onderzoekt hoe software zich gedraagt in verschillende situaties.

Je kijkt verder dan enkel "werkt het of werkt het niet?". Je analyseert de oorzaak van problemen, denkt mee over oplossingen en helpt de kwaliteit van de software voortdurend te verbeteren.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Testscenario's analyseren en uitwerken.
  • Manuele testen uitvoeren op nieuwe en bestaande toepassingen.
  • Testresultaten analyseren en afwijkingen zorgvuldig registreren.
  • Bugs documenteren en opvolgen via een testmanagementtool.
  • Nauw samenwerken met developers, analisten en product owners.
  • Risico's signaleren en actief meedenken over verbeteringen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring binnen software testing en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen een professionele IT-omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met manueel software testen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en gaat graag op zoek naar de oorzaak van een probleem.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische collega's.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Heb je daarnaast ervaring met SQL, API-testing, Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail of Agile? Dan is dat zeker een plus, maar geen must.
