Arnhem Solution Architect Service Management Functie omschrijving Functie Als ervaren Solution Architect draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor het vormgeven van de toekomstige inrichting van dienstverlening en de verbinding tussen strategie, processen, data, informatievoorziening en technologie. Je richt je op de ontwikkeling van SIAM-, ESM- en CMDB/CSDM-oplossingen en ontwerpt oplossingsrichtingen voor complexe veranderinitiatieven. Een belangrijk accent ligt op integratievraagstukken tussen interne teams, processen en systemen. Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor management, product owners, architecten en teams en levert een actieve bijdrage aan toekomstbestendige dienstverlening. Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Architectuurprincipes: Ontwikkelen van architectuurprincipes voor servicemanagement en dienstverlening, afgestemd op strategische organisatiedoelstellingen. - SGW, SIAM & ESM: Ondersteunen van de verdere ontwikkeling van Service Georiënteerd Werken en ontwerpen van oplossingsrichtingen voor ESM- en SIAM-vraagstukken. - ITIL-processen & ServiceNow: Ondersteunen van implementaties van nieuwe ITIL-4-processen en adviseren over inrichting en doorontwikkeling van ServiceNow. - Samenhang & governance: Bewaken van samenhang tussen processen, informatieobjecten, data en applicaties; adviseren over datakwaliteit, eigenaarschap en governance tussen interne partijen. - CMDB/CSDM & integraties: Doorontwikkeling van CMDB/CSDM als fundament voor service management en ontwerpen van integraties en API-koppelingen tussen tooling en systemen. - Advisering & besluitvorming: Sparren met management, product owners en teams en bevorderen van architectuurbewust werken; ondersteunen van besluitvorming rondom dienstverlening, SIAM en ESM. - Afstemming architectuur: Afstemmen met enterprise- en andere architecten ter bewaking van architectuurstandaarden en richtlijnen.
