Wil jij organisaties helpen om processen slimmer in te richten met moderne cloudsoftware? Als Solutions Consultant combineer je analyse, technologie en klantcontact. Je leert snel, werkt aan verschillende implementaties en groeit stap voor stap uit tot een inhoudelijke adviseur voor klanten. Wat ga je doen? Als Solutions Consultant voor onze opdrachtgever in Den Bosch werk je aan de verbetering en digitalisering van bedrijfsprocessen. Je verdiept je in de werkwijze van klanten en vertaalt hun behoeften naar praktische oplossingen binnen Salesforce. Daarbij combineer je proceskennis met technologie en leer je hoe je software slim inzet om organisaties vooruit te helpen. In het begin ligt de nadruk op het opbouwen van kennis en ervaring. Je draait mee in Salesforce-implementaties, ondersteunt bij klantworkshops en werkt samen met ervaren consultants aan het ontwerpen en verbeteren van oplossingen. Zo krijg je steeds beter inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen, requirements en solution design. Ook het contact met klanten speelt een belangrijke rol. Je helpt bij demonstraties en proof-of-concepts, denkt inhoudelijk mee over mogelijke oplossingen en ondersteunt bij offertetrajecten. Naarmate je groeit, krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid in gesprekken, presentaties en adviestrajecten. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf als Solutions Consultant tot een zelfstandig gesprekspartner voor klanten. Jouw werkzaamheden - Meewerken aan Salesforce-implementaties bij verschillende klanten; - Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en vertalen van klantbehoeften naar passende softwareoplossingen; - Ondersteunen bij klantworkshops, requirementsessies en procesanalyses; - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en solution design; - Voorbereiden en verzorgen van demo’s en proof-of-concepts; - Ondersteunen van gebruikers en inzicht krijgen in het gebruik van het Salesforce-platform; - Volgen van trainingen en behalen van relevante Salesforce-certificeringen; - Ondersteunen bij presales en offertetrajecten; - Opbouwe.
