Je ondersteunt de Chef de Cuisine bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de keuken, begeleidt en ontwikkelt het team en zorgt ervoor dat ieder gerecht met kwaliteit, creativiteit en precisie wordt bereid. Je helpt collega's bij kooktechnieken en presentatie, denkt mee over nieuwe menu's en draagt bij aan een uitstekende gastbeleving. In de unieke wereld van teppanyaki combineer je leidinggeven met vakmanschap en inspireer je jouw team in een internationale werkomgeving.
