Functie-eisen: Waar zijn we naar op zoek? • Je bent flexibel, het rooster is wisselend qua tijden en dagen. Wij houden rekening met jouw wensen! • Je hebt ervaring met werken in de keuken/een koksopleiding gevolgd en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als sous chef • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en het team kunnen aansturen, motiveren en coachen. • Je hebt kennis van HACCP en allergenen • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels • Beheersing van inkoop en voorraad beheer • Je bent stress bestendig en kan duidelijk en rustig communiceren tijdens drukte. • Je kan snel en daadkrachtig handelen bij onverwachte situaties.Waar kom je te werken?
