Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams suchen wir: 1 Sous Chef (m/w/x) Gemeinsam arbeiten, Verantwortung übernehmen und eigene Ideen einbringen - bei uns gestaltest du den Küchenalltag aktiv mit.

Was sind meine Aufgaben?

Unterstützung des Küchenchefs in allen organisatorischen und operativen Belangen

Eigene kulinarische Leidenschaft durch kreative Ideen und Kreationen einbringen

Ein ausgeprägter Teamgeist sowie die Bereitschaft, Wissen an Auszubildende weiterzugeben, zeichnen diese Position aus

Planung und Organisation kücheninterner Arbeitsprozesse übernehmen

Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen HACCP-Standards tragen

Was bringe ich mit?

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Gespür für die Bedürfnisse von Auszubildenden

Freude an der Arbeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie engagiertes Auftreten

Hohe Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
