Join our kitchen at Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne Midden in het bruisende hart van Eindhoven vind je Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne: een stijlvol viersterrenhotel waar gastvrijheid, kwaliteit en beleving samenkomen. Voor onze culinaire brigade zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Souschef die samen met ons het verschil maakt. Het betreft een fulltime functie van 38 uur per week, verdeeld over 5 werkdagen. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een gepassioneerde horecaprofessional die energie krijgt van een dynamische keukenomgeving. Je houdt van samenwerken, neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en weet collega's op een positieve manier te motiveren. Samen met onze Chef-kok Mike, Souschef Jessie en een team van enthousiaste collega's zorg je iedere dag weer voor een smaakvolle ervaring voor onze gasten.

Wat ga je doen? Als Souschef ben jij de rechterhand van de Chef-kok en speel je een belangrijke rol binnen onze keuken. Je combineert operationeel meewerken met het aansturen en begeleiden van het team. Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het keukenteam en draait mee in wisselende diensten; • Je begeleidt collega's vakinhoudelijk en bewaakt de kwaliteit van bereiding en presentatie; • Je werkt volgens de planning, procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden; • Je denkt mee over menukaarten, recepturen en prijsberekeningen; • Je verzorgt dagelijkse bestellingen bij diverse leveranciers; • Je draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte en plezierige werkomgeving.

Functie-eisen: Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Naast je operationele rol ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor: • Het selecteren en begeleiden van nieuwe collega's; • Het voeren van evaluatie- en functioneringsgesprekken; • Het bewaken van veiligheids-, Arbo- en HACCP-richtlijnen; • Het waarborgen van werkprocessen, kwaliteit en presentatie binnen de keuken.
