Arbeiten Sie in einem etablierten Hotelbetrieb in Ischgl, der für gehobene Kulinarik und kreative Küche steht. In einem engagierten Team tragen Sie dazu bei, täglich hochwertige Gerichte für Gäste im À-la-carte-Restaurant sowie im Rahmen von Gourmet-Menüs zuzubereiten. Mit dem neuen Chef's Table entsteht zusätzlich ein exklusives Fine-Dining-Konzept, bei dem Sie von Anfang an mitwirken können.

Saisonstelle oder Ganzjahresstelle - Führungsverantwortung in der gehobenen Gastronomie

Beginn & Beschäftigungsausmaß

ab ca. 25.11.2026 bis ca. 02.05.2027 Vollzeit 6-Tage-Woche (48 Stunden)

Tätigkeiten

* Unterstützung des/der Executive Chef_in bei der Gesamtführung der Küche sowie Übernahme der operativen Verantwortung in dessen Abwesenheit

* Koordination der Abläufe in den Küchenbereichen und Anleitung des Teams

* Schulung und Förderung des Küchenteams in ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung

* Zubereitung und Präsentation hochwertiger Speisen mit Fokus auf Qualität und Kreativität

* Entwicklung neuer Gerichte und Mitgestaltung saisonaler Angebote, insbesondere für den Chef's Table

* Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards bei Lebensmitteln, Zubereitung und Präsentation

* Überwachung von Leistung und Produktivität des Küchenteams sowie Kontrolle der Lagerbestände

* Unterstützung bei Bestellungen und wirtschaftlicher Warenplanung

* Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften und strukturierter Arbeitsabläufe

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Küchenposten für einen reibungslosen Service

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Führungskompetenz und Freude an der Entwicklung von Teammitgliedern

* Leidenschaft für hochwertige Kulinarik und ansprechende Präsentation

* Kreativität und Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitgestaltung der Küche

* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise auch in herausfordernden Situationen

* Teamfähigkeit sowie flexible und unterstützende Arbeitsweise

* Qualitätsbewusstsein, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsgefühl

* Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

* Speisen zubereiten (BIS-Kompetenz)

Hinweis zur Entlohnung

Das Mindestentgelt gilt für die gesetzliche Normalarbeitszeit (Brutto-Grundgehalt). Überstunden- sowie allfällige Zuschläge für einen 6. Arbeitstag werden zusätzlich abgegolten.
