Das Lehrlingsausbildungsprojekt Job Start des VABB, Verein für Arbeit, Beratung und Bildung, sucht ab November 2026 eine/n 1 Sozialarbeiter_in oder Sozialpädagog_in

34 - 37 Std. / Woche

Aufgaben

* Sozialarbeiterische Betreuung

* Begleitende Einzelgespräche sowie Gruppenarbeit

* Führen der Falldokumentation und Erstellung von Berichten

* Vernetzung mit anderen Jugendeinrichtungen, AMS, ...

* Berufsausbildungsassistenz für unsere Lehrlinge

Anforderungen

* Ausbildung zum/zur diplomierten Sozialarbeiter/in oder Absolvent/in der FH für Soziale Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik bzw. mit gleichwertiger Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im AMS Kontext erwünscht

* Hohe Frustrationstoleranz und Belastbarkeit sowie Konfliktfähigkeit

* Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Einfühlungsvermögen, Team-, Reflexions- und Beziehungsfähigkeit

* Engagement und zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* EDV-Kenntnisse
