The posting

Hier geht es um unser neues Projekt zur Begleitung haftentlassener Frauen.

Die Arbeit richtet sich überwiegend an Frauen ohne bei ihnen lebende Kinder,

in Einzelfällen auch an Frauen mit Kindern.

Im Mittelpunkt steht die Stabilisierung des Alltags nach der Haft, die Entwicklung tragfähiger

Tagesstrukturen sowie sozialpädagogische Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit im Kontext von Haft- und

Delikterfahrungen.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine_n Mitarbeiter_in in der 1 Sozialpädagogik

Teilzeit (20h/Woche)

Arbeitszeiten:

- Mo. bis Fr.: zw. 07 & 17:00 Uhr

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

- Sozialpädagogische Begleitung haftentlassener Frauen im Übergang von Haft zu

einem strukturierten, eigenverantwortlichen Alltag.

- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Einübung und Stabilisierung einer Tagesstruktur

- Erarbeitung, Planung und Umsetzung von Beschäftigungs- und tagesstrukturierenden

Angeboten für haftentlassene Frauen

- Einzelgespräche zur Reflexion biografischer Erfahrungen, Verantwortungsübernahme und

Entwicklung neuer Lebensperspektiven

- Pädagogische Arbeit mit Frauen mit Kindern in ausgewählten Fällen

- Professionelle Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen nach Haft unter Berücksichtigung

persönlicher und sozialer Verantwortung

- Zusammenarbeit mit Sozialarbeiter_innen, Psycholog_innen und externen Stellen

- Dokumentation, fallbezogene Vernetzungsarbeit und Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen

- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des neuen Projekts

Wir erwarten:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik

- Facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert

- Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Arbeit mit sozialen Randgruppen

- Offenheit für die Arbeit im Kontext von Haft, Delikterfahrungen und Resozialisierung

- Kompetenz in Gesprächsführung, Beratung und Konfliktmanagement

- Hohe Belastbarkeit sowie ein professioneller Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen

- Klare pädagogische Haltung, Reflexionsfähigkeit und professioneller Umgang mit Nähe und Distanz

- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitgestaltung eines neuen Projekts
