Als Spare Parts Coördinator speel je een centrale rol in een internationale omgeving waar jouw nauwkeurigheid direct bijdraagt aan een soepel lopende serviceorganisatie. Een afwisselende functie met impact, zicht op het hele proces en ruimte om mee te groeien. In deze functie ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, agenten en interne collega's. Je bewaakt de voortgang van spare parts orders en offertes, houdt overzicht in de planning en zorgt dat informatie helder, tijdig en correct wordt verwerkt. Daarbij ondersteun je ook de organisatie van reis- en verblijfarrangementen voor service engineers, zodat zij hun werk zonder onnodige vertraging kunnen uitvoeren. - Verwerken en opvolgen van spare parts orders en offertes. - Beantwoorden van vragen over leveringen, prijzen, retouren en orderstatussen. - Onderhouden van contact met internationale klanten, agenten en interne afdelingen. - Bewaken van openstaande betalingen en verzorgen van digitale archivering en correspondentie. - Organiseren van reis- en verblijfarrangementen voor service- en montagepersoneel. Functie-eisen Je voelt je thuis in een ondersteunende rol waarin overzicht, service en precisie samenkomen. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende gesprekspartners, werkt gestructureerd en houdt ook bij meerdere lopende verzoeken het hoofd koel.
