The posting

Bij een producent van vrachtwagens in Eindhoven zorg je dat machines en productie-installaties betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Als Specialist Elektronische Besturingstechniek analyseer je storingen, onderhoud je besturingen en verbeter je PLC-, NC- en CNC-systemen. Je werkt met Siemens S7 en TIA Portal en combineert softwarekennis met een praktische aanpak op de werkvloer. Daarbij kijk je verder dan het herstellen van een storing: je zoekt de oorzaak en realiseert aanpassingen die herhaling helpen voorkomen. Je dagelijkse werk loopt uiteen van foutdiagnose en programmaveranderingen tot revisies, testen en inbedrijfstelling. Je stemt af met collega's van de technische dienst, productie en engineering over de aanpak en de gevolgen voor het productieproces. Wijzigingen leg je gestructureerd vast en je deelt technische kennis met collega's. Met opleidingen en coaching kun je je verder verdiepen in industriële besturingstechniek en het verbeteren van machinebetrouwbaarheid. Functie-inhoud - Analyseren en oplossen van besturingsstoringen met Siemens S7 en TIA Portal - Uitvoeren van onderhoud en revisies aan machines en installaties - Schrijven, aanpassen en verbeteren van PLC-, NC- en CNC-programma's - Installeren, testen en in bedrijf stellen van besturingssystemen - Documenteren van werkzaamheden, softwarewijzigingen en technische aanpassingen - Begeleiden van collega's en delen van kennis over besturingstechniek - Adviseren van productie en engineering over storingen en technische verbeteringen Functie-eisen - Je beschikt over mbo+/hbo-werk- en -denkniveau - Je hebt ervaring met industriële besturingstechniek, waaronder PLC-, NC- en CNC-systemen - Je kunt werken met Siemens S7 en TIA Portal voor diagnose en programma-aanpassingen - Je analyseert storingen gestructureerd en werkt praktisch, veilig en kwaliteitsgericht - Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met technische collega's - Je beheerst Nederlands in woord en geschrift; Engels en D.
