Dan ligt hier een mooie kans. Deze organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en wil inkoop naar een hoger niveau brengen. Daarom is deze nieuwe functie in het leven geroepen. En dat betekent iets bijzonders: je stapt niet in een bestaand team of een uitgewerkt inkoopproces. Jij bent inkoop. Je krijgt alle ruimte om jouw kennis en ervaring in te zetten, processen neer te zetten en de organisatie mee te nemen in een professionelere manier van inkopen en contracteren. Van het ontwikkelen van beleid tot het voeren van onderhandelingen en van algemene voorwaarden tot het managen van leveranciers: jij pakt het op. Wat ga je doen? Als Specialist Inkoop & Contractmanagement ga jij inkoop op de kaart zetten In deze zelfstandige rol krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je kijkt waar kansen liggen, bepaalt wat beter kan en zet vervolgens zelf de stappen om dat voor elkaar te krijgen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan: - Het opzetten en verder professionaliseren van het inkoopbeleid en de inkoopprocessen; - Het ontwikkelen van een duidelijke inkoopstrategie die past bij de groei van de organisatie; - Het selecteren en beoordelen van leveranciers en het opbouwen van duurzame samenwerkingen; - Het opzetten en begeleiden van aanbestedingen en raamcontracten; - Het voeren van onderhandelingen over prijzen, voorwaarden en contracten; - Het opstellen, beoordelen en beheren van contracten en algemene voorwaarden; - Het bewaken van afspraken, prestaties, risico's en commerciële belangen; - Het signaleren van besparings- en verbeterkansen; - Collega's adv...
