ft 33132 Je voert zelfstandig Bibob- en integriteitsonderzoeken uit binnen het zorgdomein en werkt daarbij signaalgestuurd. Je onderzoekt complexe financiële, organisatorische en bestuurlijke constructies en brengt risico’s rondom zorgaanbieders zorgvuldig in kaart. Je adviseert bestuur, management en betrokken afdelingen over onderzoeksbevindingen en mogelijke vervolgstappen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met ketenpartners en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en borging van de Bibob-aanpak binnen het zorgdomein. Wat ga je doen - Je voert Bibob- en integriteitsonderzoeken uit naar zorgaanbieders. - Je onderzoekt de achtergrond, financiering en zakelijke samenwerkingsverbanden van zorgaanbieders. - Je verzamelt, analyseert en beoordeelt signalen die kunnen wijzen op zorgfraude, zorgcriminaliteit, witwassen of andere ondermijnende activiteiten. - Je brengt financiële, organisatorische en bestuurlijke constructies in kaart. - Je beoordeelt risico’s ten aanzien van de integriteit van zorgaanbieders. - Je adviseert bestuur, management en betrokken afdelingen over onderzoeksbevindingen en mogelijke vervolgstappen. - Je onderhoudt contacten met samenwerkingspartners binnen de aanpak van zorgcriminaliteit. - Je draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en borging van de Bibob-aanpak binnen het zorgdomein. Eisen - Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op C1-niveau. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met de toepassing van de Wet Bibob in de afgelopen 3 jaar. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 7 jaar met integriteitsonderzoeken, handhaving, ondermijning en/of Bibobtrajecten. - Je hebt een aantoonbare afgeronde hbo bachelor opleiding. - Je hebt aantoonbare kennis en werkervaring van/met het zorgdomein en/of aanpak van zorgfraude en zorgcriminaliteit. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met financiële analyses en het lezen en interpreteren van jaarrekeningen, financieringsconstructies en geldstromen ten behoeve van Bibob, integriteits-.
