Je zorgt ervoor dat collega's door heel Nederland op een herkenbare en toegankelijke manier worden meegenomen in wat er binnen de organisatie speelt. Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen, successen en verhalen naar communicatie die informeert, verbindt en betrokkenheid vergroot. Zo draag je bij aan één gezamenlijk Kersten-verhaal. Een functie met ruimte om verder te bouwen Bij Kersten krijg je de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze interne communicatie. Je zorgt voor samenhang in hoe, wanneer en via welke kanalen we met collega's communiceren. Daarbij ontwikkel je communicatieritmes, formats en richtlijnen die zorgen voor herkenbaarheid en continuïteit binnen de organisatie. Een belangrijk onderdeel van deze functie is de verdere ontwikkeling van ons intranet en onze interne kennisplatformen. Samen met collega's uit verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie zorg je ervoor dat informatie toegankelijk, actueel en overzichtelijk beschikbaar is. Zo draag je bij aan een gebruiksvriendelijke digitale werkomgeving die collega's ondersteunt in hun dagelijkse werk. Om communicatie goed aan te laten sluiten bij wat er binnen Kersten leeft, ben je zichtbaar in de organisatie. Je onderhoudt actief contact met collega's op verschillende locaties, haalt verhalen en inzichten op en vertaalt deze naar communicatie die informeert, verbindt en betrokkenheid vergroot.
