Ook voor mensen die extra zorg nodig hebben! Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van ketenpartners over verschillende strafzaken. Voornamelijk gericht op mensen die strafbare feiten hebben gepleegd en minder zelfredzaam zijn. Je kunt hierbij denken aan mensen die aanspraak maken op de Wet Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning of Participatiewet. Vanuit de gemeente geef jij advies aan ketenpartners als Veilig Thuis, Slachtofferhulp, Reclassering, Raad van de Kinderbescherming en overige partijen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan over het verstrekken van informatie uit de gemeentelijke systemen. Als iemand een strafbaar feit heeft gepleegd, bepaal jij welke informatie nodig is om een uiteindelijke combinatie van zorg en straf te realiseren. Je adviseert over mogelijke interventies en schakelt snel tussen verschillende ketenpartners, zorgaanbieders en gemeenten. Voor deze functie is kennis van GGZ problematiek vereist. Daarnaast ben je politiek-bestuurlijk gevoelig en weet je precies waar je voor welke casus moet zijn. Functie-eisen Jij: - Hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding richting Social Work of Criminologie - Hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen de hulpverlening - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie - Hebt kennis van GGZ problematiek - Kent strafrechtelijke en civielrechtelijke maatregelen - Bent 36 uur per week beschikbaar ...
