Deine Aufgaben

* Zentrale_r Ansprechpartner_in für Kund_innen bei Produktmängeln, Qualitätsabweichungen und Reklamationen im operativen Tagesgeschäft

* Selbstständige Prüfung, Bewertung und Bearbeitung von Produktmängeln unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Gewährleistungsfristen und Beweislastumkehr

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen gemäß MDR (Medical Device Regulation) im Rahmen der Reklamationsbearbeitung

* Dokumentation, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von Reklamationen nach internen Qualitäts- und Compliance-Richtlinien

* Sicherstellung einer revisionssicheren Dokumentation aller qualitätsrelevanten Vorgänge

* Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Reklamationsprozessen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich, Gesundheitswesen, Produktmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Zuverlässige und präzise Arbeitsweise

* Medizinprodukteberater_in

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
