Als Spuitgiettechnieker speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaal functioneren van een hoogtechnologisch machinepark. Je wordt intern opgeleid tot expert in het spuitgietproces en zorgt ervoor dat de productie vlot, efficiënt en kwalitatief blijft verlopen.

Je volgt storingen en alarmen nauwgezet op en grijpt snel en doeltreffend in waar nodig. Samen met je collega's werk je aan het realiseren van hoogwaardige en unieke producten, telkens met oog voor kwaliteit en precisie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je spoort technische storingen op en lost ze efficiënt op zodat de spuitgietmachines optimaal blijven draaien.
  • Je bewaakt alarmen en procesafwijkingen en onderneemt snel actie om productieverlies te vermijden.
  • Je start spuitgietmachines op, stelt ze correct af en bouwt ze om volgens de productieplanning.
  • Je oefent een gevarieerde en technische rol uit binnen de kunststofproductie.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega-techniekers en productiemedewerkers om een vlot en efficiënt productieproces te garanderen.
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding in elektromechanica, mechanica of kunststoftechnologie, of hebt een gelijkwaardig kennisniveau opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Spuitgietmachines en bijhorende technologie zijn jou vertrouwd: instellen, ombouwen en finetunen horen daar voor jou vanzelfsprekend bij.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en ziet snel waar processen verbeterd kunnen worden.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 3ploegensysteem.
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband en draagt actief bij aan gezamenlijke resultaten.
