Wie zoeken we? Een Account Executive die deals binnenhaalt en mee de commerciële motor van Studaro bouwt en opschaalt.

Je doet niet alleen opvolging. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor nieuwe business, van het eerste gesprek tot de handtekening.

Jouw impact

  • Je beheert het volledige salesproces: prospectie, discovery, demo, voorstel, onderhandeling en closing
  • Je haalt nieuwe B2B-partnerships binnen en bouwt een sterke, voorspelbare pipeline op
  • Je zet strategische salestrajecten op bij grotere accounts met meerdere beslissers
  • Je bent eigenaar van je targets, forecast en resultaten
  • Je bouwt mee aan onze salesstrategie, playbooks en processen
  • Je geeft inzichten uit de markt door aan product en marketing

Je krijgt ruimte, verantwoordelijkheid en een directe impact op de groei van het bedrijf. Bij ons draait alles om snelheid, ownership en ambitie.

Wie we zoeken We zoeken een closer met een strategische blik, die wil doorgroeien tot commercieel leider.

Jij:

  • Hebt 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur als Account Executive of in een vergelijkbare B2B-salesrol
  • Hebt aantoonbaar deals gesloten en targets gehaald
  • Voert overtuigende discovery- en demogesprekken en onderhandelt vlot
  • Werkt met tools als HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist… en zet zelf je outbound op
  • Denkt strategisch en kijkt verder dan de volgende deal
  • Wordt gedreven door targets én door impact
  • Voelt je thuis in een scale-up waar nog niet alles vastligt
  • Wil doorgroeien naar een sleutelrol in sales of commerciële strategie

Heb je al SDR’s of BDR’s gecoacht? Dan is dat een sterke plus. Wat deze rol uniek maakt

  • Je bent geen schakel in een grote salesmachine. Je bouwt die machine mee op.
  • Je hebt invloed op pricing, positionering en go-to-market
  • Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de founder
  • Elke deal die je sluit, zie je meteen terug in de groei van het bedrijf
  • Je helpt een product schalen dat echt waarde creëert en momentum heeft
