Ze ontwikkelen, bouwen, beheren en onderhouden. Echte doeners dus, die out of the box denken. Dat klinkt wellicht cliché, maar dat is wel wat deze partij zo uniek maakt. In alle processen zoekt men de samenwerking op met collega's, klanten, opdrachtgevers en andere relaties, om zo gezamenlijk tot een maximaal resultaat te komen. Deze vestiging heeft als werkgebied Amsterdam en directe omgeving. De projecten bestaan voornamelijk uit woningbouw, zowel laag- als hoogbouw, zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie transformatie. De projecten lopen uiteen van 20 grondgebonden woningen tot een woontoren met 400 appartementen, commerciële plint en parkeergarage en hebben een omvang van 5 tot 75 miljoen euro. De meeste projecten zijn 25 a 35 miljoen euro. Functie inhoud De werkvoorbereider is een onmisbare functie bij elk bouwproject. Je bent hierbij namelijk verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en de begeleiding van één of meerdere onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten, waarbij je ook het aanspreekpunt bent voor je collega's die op de bouwplaats werkzaam zijn. Door jouw werk loopt de bouw van het project vlekkeloos. Als senior werkvoorbereider bereid voor complexe en grote projecten voor, waarbij je ook leiding geeft aan één of meerdere collega's. Je weet precies waar de uitdagingen liggen en stuurt tijdig bij. Ook beoordeel je onder andere leveranciers, controleer je tekeningen, stel je planningen op en draag je zorg voor de complete technische voorbereiding. Je weet hiervoor goed om te gaan met diverse softwareprogramma's, waaronder Solibri, AutoCad, Revit en MS Office. Tot slot ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van meer- en minderwerk, opstellen van inkoopschema's en woon je bouwvergaderingen bij.
