Wil je tijdens je studie ervaring opdoen op het gebied van communicatie, zorg en maatschappelijke impact? Stichting Steun Emma Kinderziekenhuis zoekt per februari 2027 een stagiair(e) die niet alleen wil meewerken, maar ook wil meedenken. Als stagiair(e) draai je volledig mee in het (communicatie)team. Je werkt zowel uitvoerend als inhoudelijk mee aan projecten die direct bijdragen aan de groei en professionalisering van de stichting. Concreet betekent dit dat je: Meeschrijft en meedenkt over nieuwsbrieven, websiteteksten en social content, met aandacht voor doelgroep en positionering. Meewerkt aan presentaties en communicatiemiddelen voor interne en externe stakeholders. Ondersteunt bij campagnes en evenementen (zoals Emma Next Gala 2026), en leert hoe fondsenwervende communicatie strategisch wordt ingezet. Analyseert hoe onze boodschap landt bij verschillende doelgroepen (zoals bedrijven, donateurs, actievoerders en zorgprofessionals) en draagt eraan bij om hen te enthousiasmeren. Ondersteunt bij relatiebeheer, beheert de Emma-inbox en helpt mee bij het optimaliseren van ons CRM-systeem. In deze veelzijdige rol krijg je veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en heb je te maken met incidentele klussen. Het kan wel eens voorkomen dat je het aanspreekpunt bent op de afdeling. Een opleiding op hbo-/wo-niveau binnen een relevante richting (bv. MER, bedrijfskunde, communicatie, marketing, hogere hotelschool). Beschikbaarheid vanaf februari 2027. Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheid in de Nederlandse taal. Interesse en behendigheid in werken met social media. Affiniteit met maatschappelijke thema’s, zorg en non-profit. Nieuwsgierigheid en het vermogen om kritische vragen te stellen. Deze stage past goed bij _tudenten die hun studie willen verbinden aan de praktijk van een academische zorgomgeving en interesse hebben in strategische communicatie of fondsenwerving. Kans om mee te kijken binnen een Academische Medisch Centrum. Professionele begeleiding tijdens je stage. Een stagevergoeding van €500,- euro (conform CAO UMC). Gratis en onbeperkt toegang tot scholingen van onder andere GoodHabitz in onze leeromgeving. Stichting Steun Emma Kinderziekenhuis werft fondsen voor wetenschappelijk onderzoek, bijzondere faciliteiten en het verbeteren van de psychosociale zorg voor kinderen en hun ouders in het Emma Kinderziekenhuis. Dankzij deze steun kan het Emma blijven innoveren en de best mogelijke zorg bieden. Zowel tijdens hun verblijf in het ziekenhuis als daarna. Zo kan voor elk kind het maximale uit het leven worden gehaald. Samen beter worden! Sollicitaties worden zoveel mogelijk doorlopend in behandeling genomen.
