Ben jij onze 'match made in heaven' en klaar om jouw steen bij te dragen aan het grootste bouwbedrijf van Nederland? Als stagiair van het Stagebureau maak jij de match tussen s​tudent en stageplaats en geef je vorm aan de loopbaan van toekomstige starters! Vanaf eind januari/begin februari 2027 komt deze toffe meewerkstageplaats beschikbaar!

Maak het mogelijk

• Er zijn jaarlijks 250 s​tudenten die stagelopen binnen BAM en jij wordt hun aanspreekpunt; • Je vormt de schakel tussen de business en de stagiaires; • Werkt actief samen met managers van alle segmenten binnen BAM; • Je bezoekt samen met collega's meerdere events en beurzen om BAM te promoten; • Samen met de coördinator van het stagebureau meet je continu de kwaliteit van het stagebureau en heb je een grote inbreng in de optimalisering van het stageproces.

Jouw team

Je gaat stagelopen op de recruitmentafdeling van BAM, een gezellige omgeving met leuke collega's waar ruimte is voor ontwikkeling en eigen initiatief. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een dynamische en groeiende afdeling en wij stimuleren en faciliteren jou op alle mogelijke manieren om jouw leerdoelen te behalen. Om flexibiliteit te waarborgen, is er een mogelijkheid om hybride te werken.

Jouw stagebegeleider helpt je in de ontwikkeling als collega en als vak professional. Samen zoeken jullie naar jouw talenten en ambities en werken jullie aan de leerdoelen die je vanuit je opleiding meekrijgt.
