Stage lopen is ontdekken waar je energie van krijgt. Op kantoor bij BrabantZorg geloven we niet zo in dichtgetimmerde stageopdrachten. Jij komt tenslotte met een leerdoel, ideeën en frisse vragen; en daar maken we graag ruimte voor. Daarom hebben we geen vaste opdracht klaarliggen, maar zoeken we stagiaires die ons vertellen waar ze in willen duiken. Samen kijken we hoe we jouw opdracht kunnen laten landen binnen onze organisatie. Volg jij een mbo-, hbo- of wo-opleiding en zoek je een stage waarin je meewerkt, meedenkt én meegroeit? Dan zit je goed bij BrabantZorg. Dit ga je doen Een stage op onze kantoorlocatie betekent dat je midden in de organisatie zit. Hier werken collega’s aan alles wat nodig is om de zorg goed te laten draaien; van cijfers tot innovaties, van beleid tot mensenwerk. Je draait mee in een team, krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega’s en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig aan je opdracht te werken. Dat kan onderzoek zijn, een project, een analyse of iets heel anders; zolang het voor jou leerzaam is en voor ons waarde toevoegt.
