Vertel ons jouw verhaal. Wij zijn benieuwd! Hoe ziet je stage eruit? Tijdens je stage loop je mee in de dagelijkse praktijk van onze juristen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan betrokkenheid bij (complexe) onderhandelingen en het opstellen van contracten en voorwaarden. Of het ontwikkelen van een nieuw bankproduct. Of het adviseren van de bank bij geschillen. Je verdiept je in wet- en regelgeving waar de bank mee te maken heeft en adviseert over bankproducten en -diensten. Je brengt de risico's van de bank in kaart en helpt risico's te beperken. Wie zijn wij? De afdeling Legal ondersteunt de diverse bedrijfsonderdelen van de bank. We signaleren en volgen nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en adviseren de bank over de interpretatie en implementatie daarvan. Ook zijn we betrokken bij gerechtelijke procedures en analyseren we relevante jurisprudentie. Daarnaast ondersteunen wij bij financiële transacties en adviseren we over juridische aspecten van nieuwe bankproducten en -diensten. De afdeling Legal bestaat op dit moment uit ongeveer 160 collega's en is georganiseerd in verschillende units.
