Bij TRYP Badhotel The Hague Scheveningen krijg je de kans om een actieve rol te spelen in de dagelijkse hoteloperatie. Na een uitgebreide inwerkperiode op verschillende afdelingen ontwikkel jij je tot Manager on Duty en ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor zowel gasten als collega's.Je werkt nauw samen met de F&B Manager, Front Office Manager, Head of Engineering, Operations Manager en General Manager en krijgt de kans om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, beslissingen te maken en jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een toekomstige hotelmanager.Wat ga je doen?Geen dag is hetzelfde. Tijdens jouw stage leer je alle facetten van de hoteloperatie kennen en ondersteun je het management bij de dagelijkse gang van zaken.Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Je bent als Manager on Duty het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten en collega's tijdens jouw dienst. • Het verwelkomen van gasten en zorgen voor een uitstekende gastbeleving. • Ondersteunen van de Front Office tijdens drukke check-in en check-out momenten, inclusief begeleiding van gasten bij onze self check-in kiosken. • Het behandelen en oplossen van gastvragen, klachten en ad hoc situaties. • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsrondes om de kwaliteit en netheid van kamers en openbare ruimtes, waaronder de fitness, wellness, lobby, bar en het ontbijtrestaurant, te waarborgen. • Voorbereiden en controleren van VIP-arrivals en speciale verzoeken. • Signaleren van technische mankementen en schakelen met de Technische Dienst. • Ondersteunen van Housekeeping, F&B en andere afdelingen wanneer de operatie daarom vraagt. • Toezien op veiligheid, orde en netheid tijdens jouw dienst. • Analyseren van online gastreviews en gastfeedback • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meedenken over het optimaliseren van processen en service. • Bijdragen aan projecten op het gebied van kwaliteit, gastbeleving en operationele efficiëntie. • Je bent bij afwezigheid van h
