Over Hai Hai (Hutten Albron Impactmakers) is de grootste foodserviceorganisatie van Nederland, met locaties in bedrijfsrestaurants, ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen, winkelgebieden en Center Parcs vakantieparken. Maar je vindt ons ook op evenementen zoals de Keukenhof, de Nijmeegse vierdaagse, het Philipsstadion en de Johan Cruijff ArenA. Merken binnen Hai zijn onder andere Albron, Hutten, Coffeecompany, Brownies&downieS, de Verspillingsfabriek en Sign Language Coffee Bar. Met deze merken willen we sociale en duurzame impact maken doormiddel van eten, drinken en gastvrijheid. Over het team In een wereld waarin (voedsel)veiligheid, duurzaamheid en maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid steeds belangrijker worden, werkt de afdeling KAM (Kwaliteit Arbo & Milieu) & Procesoptimalisatie aan een toekomstgerichte organisatie waarin deze thema’s stevig zijn verankerd. KAM & Procesoptimalisatie ondersteunt de Hai-organisatie, zowel strategisch als operationeel bij het implementeren, borgen en verbeteren van (KAM-)processen. De afdeling zorgt ervoor dat ze voldoen aan de wet- en regelgeving, interne beleidsregels, branche-specifieke normen, Hai-richtlijnen en contractuele verplichtingen. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat we voorbereid zijn op de eisen van morgen en als organisatie onze maatschappelijke impact kunnen vergroten. Wat ga je doen? Met het samengaan van Hutten en Albron naar Hai hebben we nog een aantal hulpvragen om processen op te zetten of te integreren. Hierbij een greep uit de mogelijkheden: Het opzetten van een integraal klachtenmanagementsysteem Het opzetten van een integraal crisismanagementsysteem Het opzetten van een gestandaardiseerd projectplan voor het invoeren van nieuwe wetgeving Het uitwerken van bestaande methodieken leveranciersmanagement voor KAM tot een Hai systeem Het verder uitwerken en implementeren van de PPWR-wetgeving en verduurzamen van ons verpakkingen-pakket. Het uitdiepen van het milieumanagementsysteem Natuurlijk is er ruimte voor je eigen

interesses en de scope van je afstudeeropdracht. In samenspraak komen we tot een mooi project. Jouw profiel Je bent een WO-_tudent van bij voorkeur Wageningen University & Research op zoek naar een onderzoeksstage vanuit opleidingen zoals Food quality management, Food law, Food safety, Food technology of aanverwante studierichtingen. Je wilt graag sociale en duurzame impact maken met jouw werk Je bent sociaal en communicatief vaardig Je spreekt Nederlands Je start begin 2027 (in overleg) Jouw stage duurt minimaal 4 maanden De werkplek is op kantoor in De Meern. Thuiswerken is ook mogelijk. Onze menukaart voor jou Een leerzame en afwisselende stageplaats waarbij je verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte krijgt om je te ontwikkelen, conform je opleidingseisen. Een stagevergoeding van €600 bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur. En is jouw stage langer dan 6 maanden dan is de vergoeding €750 bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur per week.
