Wie zijn wij De Woutershof Alphen aan den Rijn is een dagcentrum voor volwassen mensen met een ernstige tot matige verstandelijke en lichamelijke beperking. Dagelijks ontvangen zo’n 60 cliënten bij ons een zinvolle dagbesteding. Hierbij moet gedacht worden aan ontwikkelingsactiviteiten, bewegingsactiviteiten en stimulerende activiteiten. Vriendelijk, zorgzaam en professioneel personeel en onze mooie locatie, midden in een woonwijk, maken ons een unieke dagbesteding. Binnen de Woutershof hebben wij 6 heterogene groepen variërend van lichte verstandelijke beperking tot ernstig meervoudige beperking, op elke groep werken tussen de 8 en 12 cliënten met 2 begeleiders. Jouw baan als Stagiair Woutershof Als stagiair binnen de Woutershof krijg je de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen als begeleider dagbesteding. Je staat naast 1 of 2 ervaren begeleiders op de groep. Per direct hebben we nog een stageplaats voor de woensdag-donderdag -vrijdag. Vanaf februari 2027 hebben we alle dagen nog stageruimte. Jouw profiel Je: volgt een relevante opleiding in de zorg zoals BMZ of PBMZ of Helpende; bent nieuwsgierig en wil graag leren; hebt interesse in werken in de gehandicaptenzorg. Wat krijg je van ons Het betreft een stage van minimaal 8 uur en maximaal 32 uur per week. Naast dat je bij ons veel mag en kan leren: • krijg je begeleiding van inspirerende collega’s; • ontvang je een stagevergoeding conform de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg; • val je onder de bedrijfsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering van Ipse de Bruggen; Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties, een integriteitscontrole via het Waarschuwingsregister Zorg & Welzijn en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van
