Nous sommes une équipe conviviale de 4 collègues passionnées par le métier, basées à l'agence Adecco de Braine-l'Alleud.

Notre quotidien: accompagner les candidats et les clients avec professionnalisme... et bonne humeur!

Ton rôle chez nous:

En tant que stagiaire Consultant(e) en recrutement, tu participeras activement à la vie de l'agence et toucheras à toutes les facettes du métier.

  • Recrutement de profils variéspour nos clients (différents secteurs);
  • Accueil, inscription et accompagnement des candidats;
  • Screening téléphonique et contacts réguliers avec les candidats et clients;
  • Gestion des appels entrants et suivi administratif;
  • Rédaction de mails, présentations et communications RH;
  • Soutien aux tâches administratives liées à la législation de l'intérim;
  • Contribution à un service de qualité, orienté humain et solution;
  • Prospection de nouvelles fonctions;
  • ... => Bref un stage complet, concret et formateur.

Tu es probablement notre futur(e) stagiaire si:

  • Tu es étudiant(e) en psychologie du travail, ressources humaines, sciens sociales ou domaine similaire;
  • Tu es dynamique, motivé(e) et curieux(se) d'apprendre;
  • Tu aimes travailler en équipe et échanger avec les autres;
  • Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et à l'aise au téléphone;
  • Le contact humain te donne de l'énergie au quotidien.
