The posting

Programme pédagogique

En tant qu'assistant·e rédacteur·rice web et dans le cadre de la couverture web des émissions TV et radio sur RTBF Actus tu seras initié·e à la production éditoriale en ligne en rédigeant des articles et contenus web dérivés des émissions diffusées à l'antenne.

Une fois familiarisé·e avec nos outils d'édition en ligne, tu auras la possibilité d'apprendre à :

Rédiger des articles, brèves et dossiers à partir des émissions radio et télé diffusées à l'antenne; Adapter les contenus linéaires aux formats numériques (mise en contexte, hiérarchisation de l'information, titres accrocheurs, chapeaux SEO); Participer à l'illustration éditoriale (sélection d'images, choix de visuels, légendes et alt-texts); Contribuer à l'optimisation du référencement naturel (SEO) et à la mise en avant des articles sur RTBF Actus.

Cette expérience te donnera l'opportunité de proposer des idées, de les mettre en forme et de les publier, sous la supervision de ton-ta référent-e pédagogique.

Avoir une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques courants ; Avoir une bonne orthographe ; Avoir d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, capacité à synthétiser et vulgariser des contenus pour le web ; Être rigoureux·euse et avoir de l'esprit critique ; Être familier·ère avec les programmes radio et télé de la RTBF ; Avoir des notions en SEO est un plus.

Conditions particulières

Tu es disponible pour une période de 6 mois ; Tu es titulaire d'un Bachelier ou d'un Master dans le secteur des Sciences Humaines ; Tu rentres dans les conditions pour conclure une convention d'immersion professionnelle (CIP). La convention d'immersion professionnelle est une convention qui te permet d'acquérir des connaissances ou attitudes par le biais de prestations de travail effectuées auprès d'un employeur et qui vise à te former ou acquérir une expérience professionnelle. Tu seras accompagné-e par un référent pédagogique qui s'engage à t'encadrer durant la convention. Pour plus d'informations sur la CIP, clique-ici. Ta candidature sera retenue sous réserve de la validation de ton dossier par Bruxelles formation ; Une première expérience dans le secteur de l'audiovisuel est un plus.
