In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position bist du eigenständig für die wirtschaftliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Standorts von SOS-Kinderdorf in Kärnten tätig. Als Führungskraft bist du aktiv an der Umsetzung unserer Vision, Mission und Strategie im Sinne der von uns begleiteten Kinder, Jugendlichen und Familien beteiligt und gestaltest das Teamwork und die Organisationskultur aktiv mit. 1 Standortleiter*in (m/w/d)

Arbeitsort: Moosburg

Ausmaß: 39 Stunden pro Woche

Deine Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Führung sowie die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Standorts

* Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Vision, Mission und Unternehmenskultur am Standort

* Steuerung der Programm- und Qualitätsentwicklung

* Budgeterstellung und Verantwortung für den gesamten Standort

* Personalführung mehrerer pädagogischer Leitungskräfte und Mitarbeiter*innen

* Vernetzung mit internen und externen Systempartner*innen

* Standortbezogene Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Fundraising

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche oder psychosoziale Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion, idealerweise im psychosozialen Bereich

* Strategische Managementkompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten und Prozessen

* Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Vernetzungskompetenz

* Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Veränderungskompetenz

* Interesse und Verständnis für die Lebenswelten von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien

Was dich erwartet

Das kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt bei 39 Wochenstunden (inklusive Ruhepausen) zwischen € 4.925,61 und € 5.656,41 zzgl. einer Leitungszulage, die abhängig von der Anzahl der Mitarbeiter*innen zwischen € 672,33 und € 1.792,58 liegt. Für eine exakte Berechnung werden deine Vordienstzeiten berücksichtigt.
