Für unseren Standort in Feldkirchen suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die den operativen Betrieb mit Kompetenz, Eigenverantwortung und unternehmerischem Denken führt und gemeinsam mit uns den Grundstein für weiteres Wachstum legt.

Wir suchen eine_n 1 Standortleiter_in / Operative Leitung ab sofort in Voll- oder Teilzeitanstellung (20-40 Stunden/Woche)

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Eigenverantwortliche Führung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts

* Professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs

* Organisation und laufende Optimierung interner Abläufe

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Gastronomiekonzepts

* Übernahme der Funktion als gewerberechtliche Geschäftsführer_in

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Unternehmensleitung im Hinblick auf die Entwicklung weiterer Standorte

DEIN PROFIL

* Erfüllung der Voraussetzungen zur Übernahme der gewerberechtlichen Geschäftsführung im Gastgewerbe

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und unternehmerisches Denken

* Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten und hohe Serviceorientierung

* Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entscheidungen mitzutragen
