Als Star Assistant is de showroom je huiskamer en de klanten zijn jouw gasten. Je draagt zorg voor een correcte en professionele ontvangst van onze klanten en creëert daarbij een sfeer waarin de bezoekers zich welkom, goed ontvangen en prettig voelen. Tevens informeer je ze naar het doel van het bezoek, zodat je de klant kunt doorverwijzen naar de juiste personen. Je zal werken vanuit de Mercedes-Benz-vestiging te Roeselare.

Je zal de volgende taken goed moeten beheren om ervoor te zorgen dat de klanten een goed gevoel krijgen:

  • Op een proactieve en gastvrije wijze bezoekers ontvangen in de showroom
  • Je biedt een optimale ondersteuning aan bezoekers afgestemd op diens vragen en interesses
  • Je stelt de bezoeker op zijn of haar gemak door deze persoonlijk te begeleiden naar een geschikte ruimte om te wachten en het aanbieden van een drankje
  • Je zal indien nodig: jassen aannemen/halen, paraplu’s aanbieden
  • Het achterhalen van klantvraag en zorg dragen voor een tijdige en complete overdracht naar collega’s
  • Het mede bewaken van de uitstraling en representativiteit van de showroom en receptie

Als Star Assistant heb je werkervaring als Gastheer/Gastvrouw en weet je als geen ander hoe je onze klanten in de watten kunt leggen. Samen met je collega zullen jullie van maandag tot en met zaterdag afwisselend aanwezig zijn tussen 8u00 en 18u30 zodat er steeds voorzien wordt van een exceptioneel ontvangst. Daarnaast ben jij:

  • Je bent hét visitekaartje van onze organisatie
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een soortgelijke rol
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent behulpzaam
  • Je hebt een open uitstraling en bent klant-en servicegericht
  • Je bent flexibel en staat ervoor open om te helpen op evenementen
  • Je bent bereid om op elke zaterdag te werken
