Als Jobstudent Quality Assistant krijg je de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen binnen een internationale en dynamische bedrijfsomgeving. Je ondersteunt de Quality-afdeling met diverse administratieve processen rond kwaliteitscontrole en product compliance. Jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatorisch talent maken het verschil in het beheren en controleren van belangrijke documenten en gegevens.

Een gemiddelde dag bestaat uit het verwerken en beheren van kwaliteits- en productdocumentatie, het opvolgen en archiveren van leveranciersdocumenten en certificaten, en het controleren van productspecificaties en technische fiches. Je verwerkt gegevens in interne systemen en databanken en biedt algemene administratieve ondersteuning aan het Quality-team. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar je bent ook een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt.

  • Je volgt een bachelor- of masteropleiding (administratief, wetenschappelijk, technisch of economisch).
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Word, Outlook en vooral Excel.
  • Je denkt analytisch en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken én functioneert goed in een team.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in Frans en/of Engels. Basiskennis Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse in kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en product compliance.
