Wat beteken jij voor je klant? Als hypotheekadviseur geef je servicegericht, inhoudelijk en deskundig advies aan je klanten. Uitzoeken waar de klant écht behoefte aan heeft, is het belangrijkste onderdeel van jouw dagelijkse werk. Dat doe je proactief en nauwkeurig, omdat je altijd streeft naar het leveren van kwaliteit. Daarnaast bemiddel je in hypotheken, verzekeringen en additionele financiële producten. Je verzorgt hypotheekaanvragen en offertes en onderhoudt het contact met geldverstrekkers en andere stakeholders. Met jouw inzet en skills zorg jij voor een optimaal en onafhankelijk advies aan jouw klant, zodat jouw klant de beste keuze maakt voor een onbezorgd leven in een zorgeloos (t)huis. - Jouw kracht: complexe vraagstukken begrijpelijk maken voor de klant. Je leeft je helemaal in de situatie van de klant in. Jouw advies is precies waar je klant behoefte aan heeft. - Met je geldige Wft-diploma's (en wellicht ook je PE-certificaten) krijgt jouw klant écht deskundig advies. - Jouw ervaring in het geven van (onafhankelijk) advies (bijvoorbeeld opgedaan bij een bank, makelaar, assurantietussenpersoon of hypotheekadvieskantoor) geeft je in je dagelijks werk een streepje voor, want jij weet precies wat jouw klant van je verwacht. - Maar… heb jij deze ervaring nog niet en wil je als startende hypotheekadviseur aan de slag?
