Wij zijn elke zaterdag extra geopend van 10:00 tot 16:00 uur. Bezoek een showroom bij u in de buurt Logo Steenhouwerij De Gedenkgroep Benthuizen | Wateringen | Rotterdam | Castricum → Fulltime Ervaring als steenhouwer is welkom, maar niet noodzakelijk. Ook als je het vak nog wilt leren en gemotiveerd bent om je handen uit de mouwen te steken, maken we graag kennis met je. "Voor deze functie heb je geen ervaring in ons vak nodig! " Een bijzonder vak dat je met je handen leert Werken als steenhouwer is afwisselend. De ene dag bewerk je natuursteen in onze werkplaats, de andere dag werk je aan de restauratie of plaatsing van een monument. Je zaagt, schuurt, polijst, lijmt en belettert. Je werkt met verschillende materialen, modern materieel en professioneel gereedschap. Daarbij is geen monument hetzelfde. Wat je maakt, blijft vaak generaties lang bestaan. Juist daarom werken we zorgvuldig en met respect voor de mensen voor wie we het doen. Als leerling steenhouwer of ervaren steenhouwer werk je mee aan het volledige proces rondom onze gedenkmonumenten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Bewerken van natuursteen in onze werkplaats - Zagen, schuren, polijsten en lijmen - Beletteren van monumenten - Restaureren van bestaande monumenten - Monteren en plaatsen van monumenten op begraafplaatsen - Werken met modern materieel en professioneel gereedschap Je werkt dus niet de hele dag op dezelfde plek of aan dezelfde werkzaamheden. Juist die combinatie van ambacht, techniek en werken op locatie maakt het vak zo afwisselend. Voor ons is motivatie minstens zo belangrijk als ervaring. We zoeken iemand die: - Graag praktisch bezig is en de handen uit de mouwen steekt - Niet bang is om vies te worden - Technisch inzicht heeft - Nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig werkt - Respectvol omgaat met het bijzondere werk dat we maken - Zelfstandig kan werken - Klantvriendelijk is - Fysiek fit is - Beschikt over rijbewijs B Heb je ook rijbewijs C?
