Für unseren Kunden, ein 5 Sterne Hotel (300 Betten) mit a la carte-Restaurant, Sonnenterrasse und Hotelbar im Raum Kitzbühel suchen für ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen ambitionierten 1 Stellv.Restaurantleiter_in/Gastgeber_in Ihre Aufgaben

* Mitwirkung bei der Führung, Organisation und Motivation der Servicebrigade

* Professioneller Service im HP- und À-la-carte-Bereich

* Vertretung des Serviceleiters an dessen freien Tagen

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen

* Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste

* Qualitätssicherung und Überwachung der Standards im Servicebereich

* Mitgestaltung und Entwicklung hochwertiger Produkte

* Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen

* Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität

Fachliche & persönliche Anforderungen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie

* Erstklassige Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgezeichnete Weinkenntnisse; eine Sommelierausbildung ist von Vorteil

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Chef de Rang bzw. stellvertretende/r Restaurantleiter/in

* Führungserfahrung, selbstsicheres Auftreten und eine zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Gäste- und Serviceorientierung

* Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität

* Freude am Umgang mit einer gehobenen internationalen Gästeklientel sowie den vielen Stammgästen des Hauses
