Zu unserem Hotel in Traumlage gehören das Gasthaus SEEBLICK 150 Sitzplätzen, das Gourmet-Restaurant WASSERMANN mit 25 Sitzplätzen, 174 Studios, Appartements und Suiten und 16 Chalet-Einheiten, Tagungsräume und der Panorama-Wellnessbereich.

Wir suchen Verstärkung für unsere Rezeptionsleitung in unserem traumfhaft gelegenen Resort am Grundlsee. 1 Stellvertretender Empfangs- & Reservierungsleiter (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

Als stellvertretende/r Rezeptionsleiter/in sind Sie Teil unseres 9-köpfigen Rezeptionsteams und arbeiten aktiv im täglichen Rezeptionsbetrieb mit - im regulären Früh- und Spätdienst.

In Abwesenheit des Rezeptionsleiters übernehmen Sie die volle Verantwortung für die Rezeption und sind erste Ansprechperson für das Team. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie eigene Verantwortungsbereiche und Projekte, bringen Ihre Ideen ein und gestalten Abläufe aktiv mit.

Urlaubsgäste, Tagungen und Gruppen sowie Timeshare-Gäste sorgen für einen vielseitigen Hotelalltag. Genauso abwechslungsreich ist unser Resort selbst: Vom modernen Doppelzimmer über großzügige Appartements bis zum exklusiven Chalet bieten wir ganz unterschiedliche Urlaubserlebnisse - und entsprechend vielfältig sind auch die Wünsche unserer Gäste.

* Betreuung und Beratung unserer internationalen Gäste

* Check-in und Check-out

* Bearbeitung von Gästeanfragen und Wünschen

* Beratung und Verkauf unserer Angebote

* Reservierungen und Auslastungsmanagement

* Verantwortung für die Rezeption in Abwesenheit des Rezeptionsleiters

* Anleitung und Einschulung von Rezeptionsmitarbeitern

* Übernahme eigener Verantwortungsbereiche und Projekte

* Einbringen von Rezeptionsthemen bei Abteilungsleiter-Meetings

* Mitdenken, Mitgestalten und Weiterentwickeln von Abläufen

Ihr Profil

Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, kommunizieren offen und wertschätzend und können Ihre Kollegen motivieren. Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, arbeiten selbstständig und behalten auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig passieren.

Sie bringen außerdem mit:

* Erfahrung in der Hotellerie

* Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Verkaufs- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

* Lösungsorientiertes Denken - gerne auch einmal "out of the box"

* Sicherer Umgang Hotel- und anderen Programmen

* Offen für Veränderungen und neue Technologien

* Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
