The posting

Als steward voer je een aantal specifieke taken van het keuringsproces uit in het kader van een klantvriendelijke dienstverlening:

  • Als steward bent u verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen en begeleiden van klanten bij de keuze van de aanschuifzone in functie van de uit te voeren keuring. (afspraak, vrije aanbieding, herkeuring, tweede handskeuring, lichte vrachtwagens,...).
  • Je staat in voor een vlotte doorstroming op de parking, waar de klanten op correcte, klantvriendelijke manier worden verder geholpen.
  • Je maakt de klanten wegwijs en geeft hun de nodige informatie betreffende het soort keuring.
  • Je bewaakt dat voertuigen keuringsklaar het station binnenrijden, de nodige boorddocumenten moeten klaarliggen, gordels ingeklikt, alle stoelen in bruikbare toestand.
  • Je geeft feedback aan de stationsverantwoordelijke over het aanbod zodat hier tijdig op kan ingespeeld worden.
  • Tevens sta je in voor het registreren van de wachttijden en interne rapportering.
  • Je bewaakt de correcte naleving van de regels, maar voert geen keuringsactiviteiten uit of geeft geen toelichting betreffende reglementering.
  • Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor orde en netheid op de parking.
  • Je bent beschikbaar tussen 6u30 en 19u.
  • Je beschikt over een wagen en bent flexibel daar de tewerkstelling voorzien is in de stations van Heist-op-den-Berg, Mechelen en Geel maar sporadisch ook in andere stations in de regio Antwerpen.
  • Dit betreft een opdracht voor lange termijn !
  • Een middelbaar diploma (BSO-TSO), bij voorkeur in een technische richting) is een pluspunt.
  • Vriendelijke, professionele uitstraling met voldoende autoriteit om de klanten op de aanschuifzones te informeren.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Assertieve, klantvriendelijke ingesteldheid, die onpartijdig en correct mensen informeren en niet te beinvloeden zijn.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Bereidheid te werken tussen 6u30 en 17u en op maandag en/of donderdag van 9u30 tot 19u00.
  • Zin voor orde en netheid.
  • Onmiddellijke beschikbaarheid.
