Ben jij een echte cijferbijter die energie krijgt van het analyseren van data en het opsporen van afwijkingen?

Voor een dynamisch bedrijf in Sint Katelijne Waver, zoeken we een Stock en Data analist die letterlijk in de stock en voorraadcijfers wenst te duiken.

Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • monitoren en analyseren van voorraadbewegingen
  • identificeren en het uitzoeken van voorraadverschillen
  • contacteren van klanten om voorraadverschillen te bespreken
  • vergelijken van de in- en uitstroom van de voorraad en de stock
  • monitoren van de volledige voorraad in de verschillende servicelines (producten kunnen zich op verschillende plaatsen en fases bevinden)
  • opmaken van rapportage in Excel en met behulp van info uit SAP
  • informeren van de betrokken collega's in het magazijn, planning en account managers

Jij bent:

  • Je bent een sterke analist met een passie voor cijfers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en verliest geen detail uit het oog.

Je bent kritisch en stelt de juiste vragen wanneer cijfers afwijken.

  • Je hebt een heel goede kennis van Excel, ook Pivots en vergelijkbare functies
  • Je hebt ervaring met BI-tools of ERP-systemen.
  • je kan je prima uitdrukken in het Nederlands en weet ook professioneel contact te leggen in het Frans en Engels.
