Deine Aufgaben

¿ Customer First: Du richtest deinen Arbeitsalltag immer an unseren Kund_innen aus und lebst dies deinem Team zu 100% vor. Durch kompetente und serviceorientierte Beratung werden Kund_innen zu euren Stammkunden

¿ Leadership: Du bist Experte_in, wenn es um die Motivation, Begeisterung und den Erfolg deines Teams geht. Die Führung und laufende (Weiter-)Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden, sowie die Ausbildung unserer Lehrlinge ist für dich selbstverständlich

¿ Verantwortung: Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für deinen Hervis Store - von der Personaleinsatzplanung bis zum letzten Ski. Du hast die Kennzahlen im Blick, steuerst bewusst den Erfolg deines Stores und sorgst für hohe Kundenzufriedenheit

¿ Anpacken: Bei uns helfen alle mit - vom Store Manager bis zum Lehrling: aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft, Beratung und Verkauf
