Jij brengt ze weer tot leven. In deze rol los je storingen snel op en zorg je dat het productieproces blijft draaien. Je werkt vooral mechanisch, maar je elektrotechnische kennis maakt het verschil. Een technische baan met afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en moderne installaties. Wat ga je doen? Onze opdrachtgever zoekt een Storingsmonteur die energie krijgt van techniek en het oplossen van complexe storingen. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat machines en productielijnen blijven draaien. Zodra er een storing ontstaat, ben jij er snel bij. Met jouw technisch inzicht analyseer je het probleem en zorg je voor een passende oplossing. Zo voorkom je stilstand en houd je het productieproces soepel en efficiënt. De nadruk in deze functie ligt op mechanische werkzaamheden. Denk aan het vervangen van onderdelen, het afstellen van machines en het oplossen van mechanische defecten aan installaties. Tegelijkertijd is elektrotechnische kennis belangrijk. Je controleert bijvoorbeeld sensoren, bekabeling en eenvoudige besturingen. Daardoor kun je storingen sneller lokaliseren en zelfstandig oplossen. Als Storingsmonteur werk je dus met een mooie combinatie van Mechanische en Elektrotechnische Techniek. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en bent het grootste deel van je werkdag te vinden op de productievloer. Daar werk je tussen moderne machines, productielijnen en technische installaties. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer los je een acute storing op, de andere keer werk je aan preventief onderhoud om toekomstige problemen te voorkomen.
