The posting

Bij een drankenproducent in Hoensbroek werk je binnen de eigen technische dienst aan PLC-gestuurde afvullijnen voor PET-flessen. Als storingsmonteur besturingstechniek zorg je dat elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische storingen worden opgelost en productielijnen betrouwbaar blijven draaien. De installaties verwerken frisdranken, vruchtensappen en mineraalwater, met snelheden tot 90.000 vullingen per uur. Naast storingsherstel help je de kennis van besturingstechniek binnen het team verder te versterken. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je storingsanalyse af met inspecties, preventief onderhoud en het instellen van productielijnen. Je werkt samen met collega-storingsmonteurs en rapporteert aan de teamleider van de technische dienst. Je bespreekt storingsoorzaken, houdt technische documentatie bij en denkt mee over verbeteringen aan de installaties. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om je kennis van PLC-besturingen te verdiepen en die praktisch over te dragen aan collega's. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer en verhelp elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische storingen aan PLC-gestuurde afvullijnen - Deel kennis van besturingstechniek met collega’s binnen de technische dienst - Voer storingsdiensten uit en ondersteun bij technisch onderhoud - Inspecteer productieapparatuur en werk mee aan preventief onderhoud en revisies - Ondersteun bij het in-, om- en bijstellen van productielijnen - Houd technische documentatie actueel - Doe verbetervoorstellen en werk mee aan de uitvoering Functie-eisen - Je hebt mbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting - Je hebt ervaring als storingsmonteur of in een vergelijkbare technische functie binnen een productieomgeving - Je bent zowel elektrisch als mechanisch goed onderlegd - Je hebt basiskennis van PLC-besturingen; ervaring met Siemens S7 is een pré - Je analyseert problemen zorgvuldig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en deelt je kennis met collega’s - Je bent bereid fulltime in ploegend.
