Als storingsmonteur besturingstechniek in de Rotterdamse industrie richt je je op het betrouwbaar functioneren van besturingen in een fabrieksomgeving. Je onderzoekt waarom een installatie stilvalt, volgt signalen van sensor tot PLC en maakt onderscheid tussen elektrische, besturingstechnische en mechanische oorzaken. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar het verhelpen van de storing, maar ook naar een veilige herstart en het voorkomen van herhaling. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je werk aan de installatie met diagnose via PLC-software, HMI-meldingen en elektrische schema’s. Je stemt je aanpak af met operators en collega’s van de technische dienst en legt bevindingen helder vast. Zo verdiep je je in industriële besturingen, aandrijftechniek en storingsanalyse, terwijl je bijdraagt aan onderhoud dat de productie voorspelbaarder en betrouwbaarder maakt. Functie-inhoud - Lokaliseren en verhelpen van elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen - Analyseren van PLC-signalen, HMI-alarmen en de werking van sensoren en actuatoren - Controleren van frequentieregelaars, motorsturingen en industriële communicatieverbindingen - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan elektrische installaties en besturingscomponenten - Veilig testen en vrijgeven van installaties na onderhoud of reparatie - Vastleggen van storingsoorzaken en voorstellen doen voor structurele verbeteringen Functie-eisen - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met elektrische storingsdiagnose in een industriële omgeving - Inzicht in PLC-besturingen en het uitlezen van signalen en diagnosemeldingen - Vaardigheid in het lezen van elektrische schema’s en gebruiken van meetapparatuur - Kennis van veilig werken aan elektrische installaties en het veiligstellen van machines - Een systematische aanpak en duidelijke communicatie met operators en onderhoudscollega’s Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 en € 4.100 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervar.
