The posting

Bij een industrieel productiebedrijf in Sliedrecht werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid en verbetering van geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Als storingsmonteur elektrotechniek en PLC-programmeur help je collega-monteurs bij complexe elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen. Je analyseert de oorzaak, past PLC-programma’s en HMI-schermen aan en vertaalt terugkerende knelpunten naar technische verbeteringen. Daarbij combineer je praktisch storingszoeken aan de lijn met programmeerwerk en het optimaliseren van aandrijvingen en besturingen. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je storingsondersteuning af met optimalisaties en verbeterprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere monteurs, draagt je vakkennis over en houdt rekening met hygiëne en kwaliteit op de productievloer. Je verdiept je in verschillende PLC- en HMI-systemen, frequentieregelaars en waar relevant robotica. Je werkt 40 uur per week in dag- en avonddiensten, met incidenteel werk op zaterdag. Een zorgvuldig inwerktraject helpt je de installaties en werkwijze te leren kennen. Wat ga je doen? - Complexe elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische storingen analyseren en verhelpen - PLC-programma’s en HMI-schermen aanpassen en de werking controleren - Knelpunten aan productielijnen signaleren en vertalen naar technische verbeteringen - Frequentieregelaars en servo-aandrijvingen parametreren en optimaliseren - Technische optimalisaties en verbeterprojecten uitvoeren - Collega-monteurs ondersteunen en besturingstechnische kennis overdragen Wat vragen we van jou? - Een afgeronde technische opleiding op mbo-niveau - Bij voorkeur ervaring met storingszoeken in elektrische besturingen - Gedegen programmeerkennis van PLC- en HMI-besturingen, zoals Siemens, Omron en Eaton Easy - Gedegen parametreerkennis van frequentieregelaars en servo-aandrijvingen, zoals Danfoss, SEW, Lenze of Yaskawa - Een analytische, stressbestendige werkwijze en goede samenwerking, met oog voor hygiëne en kwaliteit - Bereidheid om in tweeploegen.
